Seared Tuna, Wasabi Soy Cabbage Salad

Tuna is just soooooo good. This was really a fun and simple dish to make. I simply seasoned and seared the tuna on each side for 1 1/2 minutes and then shredded some fresh napa cabbage, tossed in some chopped romaine, celery, red peppers, & avocado. I toasted some bashed up ramen noodles and sesame seeds and sprinkled them over the top and then I finished it all with a wasabi soy dressing. This is most definitely a new favorite.
