Chicken Fried Rice

This is what we call comfort food for asians. The south has its fried chicken, but we have our fried rice. This is a very standard version, no added frills which has not been my style thus far s0 I tried to dress it up a bit. Its sitting atop some h0t sauce and steamed and marinated bak choy.
